Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
ExactSizer is designed to compress images and PDFs directly in your browser. This page explains what data we handle, what we do not collect, and how optional analytics technologies are used.
2. Client-side file processing
Your files stay on your device during normal compression. Images, resizing operations, and PDF rebuilding are processed locally in your browser.
We do not upload your files to our servers for compression, and we do not store the contents of files you choose to use with the tool.
3. Minimal technical data
Because compression happens locally, we do not collect the contents of your documents. We may still process limited technical data needed to operate the site, such as browser type, operating system, delivery logs, or performance information supplied by our hosting provider.
4. Cookies, local storage, and consent
ExactSizer may use local storage to remember your preferences, such as compression settings. These items stay on your device.
Optional analytics tools are activated only after your consent. If you decline, the site and compressor still work normally.
5. Analytics and third-party services
If you accept analytics, we may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the product. Our hosting provider and other technical vendors may also process limited metadata for security, delivery, and performance.
Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies for the data they process.
6. Advertising
If ExactSizer displays ads, advertising partners such as Google AdSense may use cookies, identifiers, or similar technologies to serve, measure, and limit ads.
Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. The compressor remains available even if you decline optional technologies.
7. Contact
If you have privacy questions, email us at contact@exactsizer.com.
